Gamma Meccanica tarafından üretilen GM Tandem hatlarının büyüyen başarısı
Bu yıl, plastik malzemelerin yenilenmesine yönelik hatların üretiminde uzmanlaşmış İtalyan şirket Gamma Meccanica SpA için oldukça pozitif geçti. Şirketin GM Tandem yenileme hatlarının yeni serisini ana konu olarak sunduğu, yakın zamanda yapılan etkinlikler, birçok yeni bakış açısını ortaya koydu ve bu teknoloji türüne olan ilginin giderek arttığını doğruladı.
Gamma Meccanica, 1987'den beri plastik geri dönüştürme makineleri sektöründe faaliyet gösteriyor. Uzun yıllardır kullanılmakta olan Tandem teknolojisi, son zamanlarda yeniden tanımlandı. Yüksek düzeyde otomasyon, geri dönüştürülen ürünün (granüller) maksimum kalitede olması ve muazzam enerji tasarrufu ile yapılan kesintisiz teknolojik gelişmeler sonucunda, en güncel sistemler ortaya çıktı.
GM Tandem teknolojisi sayesinde, ağır derecede boyalı, yüksek düzeyde nemli ve oldukça kontamine plastik malzemeleri geri dönüştürmek mümkün.
Bu hat; Ecotronic® sistemi, primer ekstruder, özel gaz giderme haznesine sahip bağlantı boynu, sekonder ekstruder ve opsiyonel olarak da eriyik malzemenin daha ince filtrasyonu/arındırılması için ikinci bir filtre değiştirici ve peletleme sistemiyle donatılmış COMPAC üniteden oluşmaktadır.
ECOTRONIC® sistemi, dönüş sayısını motor nominal devrinin üzerine çıkararak su eklemeye gerek kalmadan sıcaklığın kontrol edilebilmesine ve malzemelerin yüksek düzeyde nemle işlenmesine olanak sağlar. Ecotronic, %40'a kadar enerji tasarrufu sunar.
Tandem hatlarının başarısı ve geri dönüşüm şirketlerinin giderek artan ilgisiyle şirket, yeni modeller geliştiriyor. Sunulacak bir sonraki hat olan GM Tandem 210 iki ekstruderden oluşuyor. İlki Ø210, ikincisi Ø250 çapında olan bu ekstruderlerin üretim kapasitesi ise 2000 kg/saatten başlıyor.
Gamma Meccanica, plastik gibi değerli bir kaynağı geri dönüştürmenin öneminin her zaman farkında olmuş bir şirkettir. Bu nedenle, şirket, plastik malzemelerin yeniden işlenmesine yönelik hatlarının performansını sürekli iyileştirmenin yanı sıra geri dönüşüm makineleri pazarında uzun yıllardır faaliyet gösteren birtakım İtalyan şirketler ve Avrupa plastik geri dönüşümcüleri derneği (PRE) ile birlikte "Are you R" projesine katılıyor. Projenin amacı, Avrupalı insanlarda plastik geri dönüşümünün önemine dair farkındalık yaratmak. Hedef, geri dönüşüm kültürünü yaymak. Proje; birtakım belgeler, fotoğraflar ve animasyon filmleri aracılığıyla plastiğin avantajlarını ortaya koyuyor ve doğru davranılması halinde plastiğin çevre üzerindeki etkilerinin nasıl azaltılabileceğini açıklıyor.

Gamma Meccanica SpA; film, sac, şişe, kumaş, iplik, fiber, dokunmamış malzemeler, kaplar vb. birçok materyali geri dönüştürebilen plastik geri dönüşüm makinelerinin tasarımı ve üretimi konusunda uzman olan bir İtalyan şirketidir.
Gamma Meccanica S.p.A. hatlarının geri dönüştürebildiği ana malzemelerden bazıları şunlardır: LLDPE, HDPE, LDPE, HMWPE, EVA, PP, BOPP, OPP, PS, EPS, XPS, ABS, PC, PET, PA, TPU, TPE, BİYOPOLİMERLER ve çok daha fazlası.
Şirketin teknolojik seçimleri, çevreye saygı odaklı olup ekolojik olarak sürdürülebilirdir. Bunun son örneği, gaz giderme sistemi için yapılmış ve çok miktarda su (ve para) tasarrufu sağlayan su çemberli vakum pompasıdır. Gaz giderme işlemi, suyun sürekli alınmasıyla sağlanır. Su, vakum oluşturulmasını ve malzemenin ekstrüzyonu sırasında üretilen gazların dışarı atılmasını sağlar. Su, aynı zamanda malzemeyi kirleticilerden arındırmak için de kullanılır. Pompa, suyun dağılmak yerine sürekli olarak kullanıldığı kapalı bir devre oluşturulmasını sağlar, ardından dekantasyon haznesinden geçerek filtrelenir, soğutulur ve tekrar çevrime girer. 1500 - 1700 kg/saat üretim yapan bir yeniden işleme hattındaki su tasarrufu 5 m3/saat civarıdır.

This year was very positive for Gamma Meccanica SpA, an Italian company specialized in the production of lines for the regeneration of plastic materials. The recent events in which the company participated proposing as the main topic the new series of GM Tandem regeneration lines, have brought many interesting prospects and confirmed the growing interest in this type of technology.
Gamma Meccanica has been operating in the plastic recycling machinery sector since 1987. The Tandem technology has been delivered for many years and recently  has been redefined. The most recent systems delivered are the result of continuous technological improvement with a high level of automation, maximum quality of the recycled product (granules) and tremendous energy savings.
Thanks to GM Tandem technology it is possible to recycle heavily printed, high humidity  and highly contaminated plastic materials.
The line is composed of a COMPAC unit equipped with the Ecotronic® system, a primary extruder, primary screen changer, a connection neck with a special degassing chamber, a secondary extruder and, as an option, a second screen changer for finer filtration / purification of the melt and then the pelletizing system.
The ECOTRONIC ®system, by increasing the number of revolutions above the nominal speed of the motor, allows to control the temperature without adding water and to process materials with a high percentage of humidity. Ecotronic guarantees a notable energy savings (up to 40%).
Given the success of the Tandem lines and the growing interest of recyclers, the company is committed to developing new models. The next line that will be created is  GM Tandem 210, composed of two extruders: the first one with Ø 210 and the second extruder of Ø 250, with a production capacity starting from 2000 kg/hr.
Gamma Meccanica has always been aware of the importance of recovering such a precious resource as plastic. For this reason, in addition to offering continuous improvement of the performances of its lines for the regeneration of plastic materials, together with a group of Italian companies that have been active for many years on the recycling machinery market, and the European association of plastic recyclers (PRE), it is participating in the project "Are you R”. This projects aim is to raise awareness among the European people on the importance of plastic recycling. The goal is to spread the culture of recycling. Through a number of documents, photographs and animation films, the project reveals the advantages of plastics and explains how its impact on the environment could be reduced if correct behaviors were maintained.

Gamma Meccanica’s eco-sustainable technologies
Gamma Meccanica SpA is an Italian company specialized in the design and construction of plastic recycling machinery able to recycle a wide range of materials in different forms:  films, sheet, bottles, fabrics, yarns, fibers, nonwovens, containers etc.
Among the main materials that Gamma Meccanica S.p.A. lines can recycle there are: LLDPE, HDPE, LDPE, HMWPE, EVA, PP, BOPP, OPP, PS, EPS, XPS, ABS, PC, PET, PA, TPU, TPE, BIO-POLYMERS and much more.
The company’s technological choices are oriented towards the respect for the environment and are eco-sustainable. The last example is water ring vacuum pump for the degassing system, designed to guarantee a great saving of water (and money). The degassing works thanks to the constant introduction of water that allows to create the vacuum and to extract the gases produced during the extrusion of the material. The water also is used to purify the material from contaminants. The pump allows to create a closed circuit where the water is continuously used instead of being dispersed, than it passes through a decantation chamber, it’s filtered, cooled and put back into circulation. The water saving on a regeneration line with a production of 1500 - 1700 kg/h is about 5 m3/h.
