Hibrit taşıma sistemi kişiselleştirilmiş seri üretimi ekonomik hale getirir.
B&R, Hannover Messe’de akıllı taşıma sistemi ACOPOStrak ile geleneksel konveyör bantlarının kombinasyonunu ilk kez tanıttı. Bu kombinasyonla B&R, akıllı taşıma sisteminin esnekliği ile düşük maliyetli geleneksel taşıma sistemini bir araya getiriyor. Bireyselleştirilmiş seri üretim böylece daha ekonomik şartlarda uygulanabiliyor.
Taşıma ünitelerinin kolay transferi
Üretime giden yolda bireyselleştirilmiş bir seri üretim için ufak bir parça işlevsellik yeterlidir. Sadece ürünlerin bireysel hareket noktalarında akıllı ACOPOStrak kullanılır.  Genel ürün taşımacılığı uygun maliyetteki konveyör bandıyla gerçekleştirilir. Aynı kılavuz rayları kullanarak farklı taşıma sistemleri arasında kesintisiz bir transfer sağlamak mümkündür.
Mevcut sistemleri bireyselleştirmeye uygun hale getirir
ACOPOStrak bir Motor-Elektronik-Ünitedir. Güç elektroniği ve güçlü bir işlemci motor gövdesine entegre edilmiştir.  Bu nedenle ilave bir invertör veya bir Hareket-Kontrol-Ünitesi gerekli değildir. Bu da akıllı taşıma sistemini oldukça kompakt hale getirmektedir.  Modüler yapısı nedeniyle ACOPOStrak’in farklı uzunluklardaki bölümleri mevcut eski sistemlere kolayca entegre edilebilir.

Verileri toplayın, gruplandırın ve buluta aktarın
B&R, Hannover Messe fuarında yüksek performanslı Edge Controller’ı tanıttı.
B&R’ın Edge Controller’ı sayesinde veriler toplanır, değerlendirilir ve buluta aktarılır. Yüksek performanslı endüstriyel PC, Big-Data-Analizi ve Machine Learning için de kullanılabilir. Bu endüstriyel PC aynı zamanda tam teşekküllü bir endüstriyel kontrolördür.
B&R’ın Edge Controller’ının temeli en yüksek performans sınıfında Intel-XEON-İşlemcilere sahip, sağlam ve yüksek performanslı Automation PC 910’a dayanır ve bu nedenle Machine Learning gibi zorlu görevler için de uygundur. Edge Controller’da güçlendirilmiş bir işletim sistemi çalışmaktadır. Bu sistem uzun vadeli garanti edilmiş destek sağlayan ticari bir Linux sürümüdür. Buluta veri taşıma işlemi ise MQTT ile yürütülmektedir.
Tam teşekküllü endüstriyel kontrolör
B&R Hypervisor sayesinde gerçek zamanlı bir işletim sistemi ayrıca Edge Controller üzerinde çalıştırılabilir. Böylece Edge Cihazı mikro saniyeden az bir döngü süresinde tam teşekküllü bir endüstriyel kontrolör olur. Endüstriyel-Ethernet-Protokolü POWERLINK, OPC UA veya diğer Fieldbus’lar yardımı ile çok sayıdaki I/O-Modüller veya kontrolörler Edge Controller’a bağlanabilir.  Gelecek zamanlarda Edge Controller bunu OPC UA TSN aracılığı ile de sağlayacaktır.

Hybrid transport makes personalized mass production profitable
At the Hannover Messe, B&R showed for the first time how ACOPOStrak can be combined with conventional conveyor belts. This brings the flexibility of the intelligent ACOPOStrak track system together with the low cost of a conveyor system – the perfect recipe for more cost-effective mass customization.
Seamless shuttle hand-off
One intelligent station on the path through the production line is all it takes to create a mass customized product. Product transport is handled almost entirely by low-cost conveyor belts – except for the one station where the products are personalized. That's where the intelligent ACOPOStrak comes into play. Since both systems use the same guide rails, the transitions between them are seamless.
Mass customization for brownfield plants
ACOPOStrak combines the motor and electronics into a single unit with the power electronics and a powerful processor integrated right in the motor housing. No additional inverters or motion control units are required, making the intelligent transport system extremely compact. Thanks to the modular design, it is easy to integrate ACOPOStrak segments of various lengths into an existing plant.

Data acquisition, evaluation and transmission to the cloud
B&R presents powerful Edge Controller at Hannover Messe
A single device to acquire data, evaluate it and send it to the cloud – that's now possible with B&R's Edge Controller. The powerful industrial PC can even be used for big data analysis and machine learning, while at the same time serving as a full-fledged industrial controller.
B&R's Edge Controller is based on the robust Automation PC 910, whose high-performance variant is equipped with an Intel XEON processor able to handle resource-intensive tasks like machine learning. The Edge Controller runs a hardened operating system – a commercial Linux variant with guaranteed long-term support. Cloud transmission occurs via MQTT.
Full-fledged industry controller
B&R Hypervisor makes it possible to simultaneously run a real-time operating system on the Edge Controller. That turns the edge device into a full-fledged industrial controller with cycle times in the sub-millisecond range. An unlimited number of I/O modules or controllers can be connected via the POWERLINK Industrial Ethernet protocol, OPC UA or other fieldbus systems. With the Edge Controller, this will soon also be possible with OPC UA TSN.
